Alison is an innovative educational leader and public education advocate with years of experience in and with some of the nation’s largest urban districts. She currently serves as a Managing Director at Equal Opportunity Schools, working with system leaders to desegregate and provide conditions for students of color to thrive in rigorous academic environments.
